Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We understand that customers may test their fragrance before deciding to return it. You are welcome to spray the product once or twice; however, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this limit or are outside our 30-day return window. Any such items will be returned to you.
If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. If you prefer to return only part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.
